Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Solo is free forever and Team starts with a 14-day trial. You only enter billing when you upgrade.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. The Scale plan includes Cloudflare-for-SaaS-backed custom hostnames — you point your DNS, we handle the cert.
How does AI work, and where does my data go?
AI features call OpenAI or Anthropic with the minimum context required for the task. We use zero-retention agreements where available; your data is never used to train shared models. Details on the Security page.
Can I export my data?
Anytime. Settings → Data Export gives you a JSON dump of your full workspace plus the data-room files. No vendor lock-in.
What if my needs are between Team and Scale?
Email hello@kloup.com — we sometimes price per seat or per workspace count for in-between cases. We'd rather charge you the right thing than the wrong tier.
